Guest registration
Signed-out buyers verify an email with a one-time code, pay and receive confirmed tickets without creating a customer account.
Attendee registration
Event registration is more than a form. The attendee needs to understand the event, choose the correct admission type, provide a reliable delivery route and receive proof of entry only after the order is confirmed. Tickopedia keeps those stages connected.
What the platform supports
Use online registration for workshops, conferences, university activities, community gatherings, outdoor experiences and other events where organizers need accurate ticket and attendance records.
Signed-out buyers verify an email with a one-time code, pay and receive confirmed tickets without creating a customer account.
Returning customers use their completed private profile and can manage successful ticket purchases in My Tickets.
One registration order can include several quantities across different ticket types when inventory is available.
Pending pages poll the documented backend status and move to the real success or failure result instead of waiting indefinitely.
Confirmed guest tickets are emailed; account tickets remain available privately. Both use verifiable QR values.
The organizer’s scanner checks the ticket against the backend record and updates its one-time check-in status.
How it works
Review the event details and combine the available ticket types and quantities needed for the order.
Use verified guest email or a completed customer profile, then approve payment on the selected phone.
Keep the issued QR ticket private and present it to the event team for validation.
Practical questions
Event and approved organizer profile information is public. Buyer profiles, email addresses, phone numbers, ticket IDs and attendee records remain private.
Ticket types can represent event admission, but the current buyer flow is designed around the backend’s documented ticket purchase and payment behavior. Tickopedia does not claim an undocumented free-registration endpoint.
The status page reports the backend failure and does not issue or display a successful ticket state.
Ready when you are
