Tickopedia

For event organizers

Run the event. Keep every moving part connected.

Tickopedia gives event organizers a connected workspace for publishing an event, configuring ticket types, following sales, managing attendees and validating digital tickets at entry. Your buyers get a focused discovery and checkout experience while your team works from the organizer platform.

What the platform supports

Tools for the work behind every ticket

Built for independent creators, university teams, professional communities, conference producers, festival teams and established event companies that need reliable ticket operations without piecing together separate tools.

01

Create and publish events

Add the event title, description, date, venue, capacity, category and artwork, then publish a public event page buyers can share and revisit.

02

Build ticket inventory

Create multiple ticket categories, set prices and quantities, and let one buyer select several ticket types in the same order.

03

See sales and revenue

Use the organizer dashboard to review ticket sales, remaining capacity, revenue performance and withdrawal activity from one operational view.

04

Manage event entry

Every issued ticket carries a unique QR code. Your event team can scan it against the same backend check-in record and see whether it is valid or already used.

05

Work with attendees

Review ticket holders and event feedback while protecting buyer details from public pages. Public organizer profiles show only approved display information.

06

Promote with clear links

Share clean public event pages with event artwork, date, venue, organizer information and current ticket availability.

Practical questions

Clear answers before you begin

Can I create more than one ticket type?

Yes. Tickopedia supports multiple purchasable ticket types for an event, each with its own name, price, description and remaining quantity.

Where do buyers receive their tickets?

Guest buyers receive tickets by email after successful payment. Signed-in buyers can also find issued tickets in My Tickets.

Does Tickopedia support event-day check-in?

Yes. The organizer check-in experience validates each ticket’s QR value against the ticket check-in endpoint and prevents the same ticket from being accepted twice.

Ready when you are
