Online ticket sales

Selling tickets online should make the buyer’s decision easier and give the organizer dependable inventory and order records. Tickopedia connects a public event page, multi-ticket basket, secure checkout, digital delivery and organizer reporting in one flow.

What the platform supports

Tools for the work behind every ticket

Use Tickopedia for paid concerts, conferences, workshops, outdoor experiences, university events, networking gatherings and other public events with defined capacity and ticket inventory.

01

A permanent public event page

Give attendees one shareable place to understand the experience, date, venue, host and available ticket options.

02

Flexible ticket categories

Offer Regular, VIP, Early Bird, student or other genuine admission types with separate prices and inventory.

03

Guest-friendly checkout

Buyers do not need to create an account. They can verify their email, approve payment and receive issued tickets by email.

04

Account purchases too

Returning customers can complete their private profile, choose the payment phone number and keep successful purchases in My Tickets.

05

Digital QR tickets

Each ticket contains a QR code whose value maps to the backend ticket ID used during check-in—without printing private order details on the pass.

06

Inventory visibility

Ticket quantities and event capacity help buyers see availability while organizers track sales and what remains.

How it works

From setup to the moment itself

  1. 1

    Publish accurate event details

Use a descriptive title, useful event description, correct start and end times, a recognizable venue and clear artwork.

  2. 2

    Configure what you will sell

Add ticket types, prices, descriptions and quantities. Review the page as a buyer before sharing it.

  3. 3

    Promote one canonical link

Use the permanent Tickopedia event URL across social media, partners, venues and press so attendees and search engines reach the same source.

Practical questions

Clear answers before you begin

Can one customer buy several ticket types?

Yes. A buyer can combine quantities across multiple available ticket types in one event basket.

Do guests have to register?

No. Guest checkout verifies the buyer’s email with a one-time code and emails tickets after payment succeeds.

Can I stop selling when capacity is reached?

Ticket and event availability are driven by remaining inventory and capacity. Sold-out options are shown as unavailable to buyers.

Ready when you are

Put your next event on sale with a clearer system.

Create the event in the organizer workspace, publish an accurate page and give every buyer one dependable link.
